BLK Earth Sea Spirits Opens In Huntington Beach
Huntington Beach is the perfect place to dine al fresco and take in the sights, smells and sounds of surf city. Fortunately, There is a new addition called BLK Earth Sea Spirits, that has opened in the heart of downtown Huntington Beach.
BLK features contemporary American cuisine with an emphasis on grilled certified Kobe and Wagyu hand‑cut steaks, poultry and seafood. The sophisticated yet casual restaurant also offers an extensive wine list and selection of craft cocktails, as well as 24 individual Beer Taps and a Custom Beer Tap Room that can be seen through glass adjacent to the exhibition kitchen.
Weekend Buffet
BLK has an Express Lunch menu available Monday through Friday from 11 am to 2 pm, with a variety of entrees served in 10 minutes or less. A weekend buffet brunch and menu are also served from 10 am to 2 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Food and Decor
BLK is also known for its Kobe style burgers made popular at its sister restaurant BLK Burgrz in Ladera Ranch. All entrees at BLK Earth Sea Spirits are a la cart and family-style side dishes are available.
BLK has industrial chic decor with custom burlap booths, rustic wood tables and galvanized metal accents. The restaurant also has custom lighting, patio fire features and 80’ and 60’ TV screens.
Live Music
BLK will offer live weekend music on the ocean view patio. In addition to quality dining and cocktails, the restaurant offers the largest heated patio overlooking the ocean in Orange County. BLK is the ideal setting for special events, romantic occasions and private functions for up to 200 guests.
BLK Earth Sea Spirits is open Monday through Friday from 5 to 10 pm, Saturday from 10 am to 11 pm and Sunday from 10 am to 9 pm. Lunch service will begin August 7 at 11 am and will continue on weekdays. The restaurant is located 300 Pacific Coast Highway, Suite 202, (at Main Street) in Huntington Beach.

First visit was today to this restaurant for my Birthday! Wonderful View, Food, and atmosphere, Highly recommend this spot for any occasion. Although I was disappointed by my salad, the Cesar Salad does not come chopped up; they put very large Leaf Size portions on my plate and I had to chop it up myself? This struck me odd and for this type of restaurant, It was a disappointment that I, as the customer, had to chop up my own Cesar Salad???? I will have to ask the chef to ‘Chop’ my salad in the future. A great location. I am a H.B resident 20 years and have been to many restaurants Downtown; and I will recommend this one !
