New Market Place At Island Hotel

If you are looking for class and convenience, the Island Hotel Newport Beach is your spot! They recently  launched their new Market Place in the lobby of the hotel with a ribbon cutting ceremony attended by local chamber of commerce members and friends. The Market Place was developed to fulfill demand from hotel guests for affordably priced snacks and small meals to pick up on the go, and provides an opportunity to make selections based on mood, appetite or artfully displayed inspirations. For locals and neighbors, including nearby business tenants and apartment residents, the Market Place is easily accessible and offers an alternative from the local grocery stores and quick service restaurants.

 Island Hotel Market Place Food

Not everyone wants room service, and sometimes people like to escape their room so The Marketplace is a terrific alternative. They offer coffee,  juice,  light snacks and even more substantial meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner… Even late night eating.

The hotel’s master pastry chef, Andy de la Cruz,  has cooked up some incredible breakfast selections like:

  •  Churro Morning Bun, which is a cross between a Cinnamon Roll and a Churro.
  • Chocolate croissant twist which looks like a twisted donut, with chocolate and custard filling and a variety of fresh baked cookies.

There is also an abundance of baked items, house made granola.

Artisan sandwiches, salads, and rice bowls are all prepared fresh daily. Ingredients are locally sourced, and freshly grown.

 Island Hotel Market Place Drinks

Well-recognized high quality beverage products include Krisp cold press juices, Nekter and Naked Juice, Red Bull, Gatorade and Coke products are featured. In addition, selected fine craft beer and wines by the bottle are offered.

Move over starbucks because the Island hotel offers “illy” Italian coffee, espresso, cappuccino and lattes.
