Do You Dare To Try The IMPOSSIBLE Burger?

try it!

There’s a new burger on the market and it’s creating quite a lot of chatter. This new burger,  playfully named  The “Impossible Burger” is the latest creation between Umami Burger and Impossible Foods.

We recently tried it and we were super impressed. My son loved this burger because he really couldn’t tell the difference.  And he felt really good after eating it too. It wasn’t heavy and it tasted very natural.

What Is The Impossible Burger?

The Impossible Burger is the only burger in the world that looks, handles, smells, cooks and tastes like ground beef from cows — but it’s made entirely from plants.

What’s on It?

The Impossible Burger starts with two Impossible Burger patties, caramelized onions, American cheese, miso-mustard, house spread, dill pickles, lettuce, and tomato. It’s a delicious option with sustainability benefits.

Is It Vegetarian?

While their standard preparation isn’t vegetarian, it’s easy to order it that way. Just ask your Umami Burger server to help. They can even create a version for vegans — just ask!

Is It Available At ALL Umami Burgers?

The Umami Impossible Burger is served exclusively at the following 14 California locations: Anaheim, Costa Mesa, Santa Monica, Broadway, Arts District, Hollywood, Los Feliz, Pasadena, The Grove, Thousand Oaks, Marina District, Oakland, Palo Alto, and SoMa District.

If you are like me then fries are a must with any burger. Umami has a variety of optins when it comes to sides like cheesy tots (house made tater tots filled with sharp cheddar and parmesan). Those will make your eyes roll into the back of your head.

If you like protein, try the smothered fries which are thin fries topped with braised short rib, house gravy, chives.

Trffule Fries are also a great choice as they don’t have all the heavier ingredients as smothered fries but they are still packed with flavor thanks to a house truffle cheese sauce.
