Easter is right around the corner and I have compiled  a round-up of some great places to dine! Please check back daily as new places are always being added.

Splashes at Surf & Sand Resort | Laguna Beach, CA

This Easter, celebrate with family and friends as the waves roll in at Splashes RestaurantThe award-winning restaurant offers not only stunning ocean views, but an exquisite brunch menu designed by Executive Chef David Fuñe. Selections include Lobster Bisque or Lightly Smoked Sea Scallops to start and the Petite Filet & Dungeness Crab Risotto or a Colorado Rack of Lamb among other entrees. Brunch is offered from 12-3.

True Food Kitchen | Newport Beach, CA

For a menu full of healthy and delicious springtime dishes, families can head to the beautiful outdoor patio at True Food Kitchen. This Easter Sunday, the Newport Beach restaurant will add two holiday specials to the already popular brunch menu, including a Grilled Idaho Trout with asparagus, spinach, fennel, capers, lemon and garlic, and Organic Strawberries and Shortcake served with house made Vanilla Whipped Cream. Other brunch menu favorites include the always scrumptious Quinoa Johnny Cakes with banana, maple syrup and greek yogurt and the newly added Strawberry Chopped with snap pea, fennel, goat cheese, walnut and balsamic vinaigrette, among many others. The Melting Pot | Irvine, CA Fondue lovers can spring into Easter at The Melting Pot Irvine and Brea location for a family-style Easter Brunch served on Saturday, April 19 and Sunday, April 20. In the spirit of holiday giving, 5% of the proceeds from both days will be donated to Irvine Public Schools Foundation and Brea Education Foundation. Guests will be treated to a four-course Endless Fondue menu that features a fine selection of sweet and savory cheeses and chocolates. The Melting Pot will be open early at 11am, with Endless Fondue for $38 per person from 11am – 3pm, or $45 per person from 3pm – Close.

The Easter Ham Dinner includes ham with pineapple sauce, mashed potatoes, gravy, fresh vegetables and cornbread. Prices and participation may vary by location.

Sunday’s brunch will be a three-course prix fixe, and will be served from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. for $25.00 per person.
