This French dining destination in Costa Mesa, will be a hot spot for one of the most celebrated sporting events – the Tour de France. Chef Alfonso Ramirez is set to transport patrons to the countryside of France with a luxurious four-course prix fixe menu, available for dinner only in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the bicycle race. French wine pairings are also available for a full culinary French immersion. Below is the menu:

      First Course: Tomato Gazpacho, Dungeness Crab Beignet, Heirloom Tomato, Basil Pistou

Wine Pairing: Chateau de St. Martin Rose 2012

                    Second Course : Seared Scallops, Parsley Gremolata, Basil Scented Jus

Wine Pairing: Domain Cherrier et Fils Sancerre 2011

 Third Course: Roasted Duck Breast, Celery Root Purée, Summer Squash, Duck Liver Jus

Wine Pairing: Tablas Creek Vineyard Patelin de Tablas 2011

              Fourth Course: Summer Peach Tartin, Brown Butter Crumble, Lavender Chantilly, Tonka Bean Gelato

Wine Pairing: Chateau Grand-Jurga Sauternes 2007

PRICING:      Four courses for $70 per person, $100 with wine pairing. Tax and gratuity not included
