If you are Vegan or vegetarian you will have a great selection of choices. All of their Soups, breads and breads are top quality and the legumes and nuts in the bins are awesome!

On a recent trip to Idyllwild with Connect Her Media, we sampled a nice selection of GROW’S offerings and were very impressed. My favorite was their salsa. It was thick, and hearty with lots of fresh tomatoes and onions and even some big ingredients to make it chunky like Avocado and black beans. This salsa pairs well with anything. Chips, crackers and even eggs for breakfast.  Another runner-up was Asha Pops. I discovered that they are popped water-lily seeds and they are fantastic! You can get these gems at GROW.
