Sharky’s Woodfired Mexican Grill

Last week was my first time dining at Sharky’s. I have lived in Aliso Viejo for 13 years and I have no idea what has taken me so long to eat there but I am so glad I did.

A friend had told me about this burrito that she orders every time she goes there that has seaweed in it so I decided I would give it a try. It was called the “Wild Salmon “Lite” Burrito” and it had Grilled Wild Salmon, Nori Seaweed, Poblano Brown Rice, Avocado, Cucumber, Cabbage, Chili Sesame Aioli,  and it was wrapped in a Low-Fat Whole Wheat Tortilla. It was very good, however it was slightly on the dry side but it was nothing a little salsa couldn’t fix!

My husband and my son both eat Gluten-Free so they  ordered  the chicken breast power plate. This was a high protein meal packed with plenty of flavor. The veggies were seasoned well and cooked to perfection.

My daughter eats simple so we ordered her a chicken and cheese quesadilla. She enjoyed it very much and we even had leftovers to take home for a snack.

The interior was very clean and the servers were friendly. We are looking forward to returning and trying some new things on the menu.
