Stefano’s Golden Baked Hams

Tucked in the corner of a bustling strip mall, is Orange County’s most sought after location for delicious, juicy Golden Baked hams and stellar catering services. It’s called Stefano’s. But that is not all that they serve.  Stefano’s is also known for their famous specialty Panini’s like the “Burg-ini”,  as well as salads, soups, wraps and hot entree’s all served at reasonable prices while offering next level customer service.

On a recent visit to Stefano’s I decided to try the first thing that caught my eye on the menu- The Salmon Sandwich. I love salmon due to it’s light texture, and I love bread so I figure the two would be amazing together.  I was right! It’s made with Baked Wild Caught Salmon and  Served on a Toasted French Roll, with Lettuce, Tomato, Feta Cheese, & Avocado Vinaigrette. It had the perfect crunch and I was actually only able to finish 1 half but I took the other half home.

My friend also loves salmon so she chose the salmon salad and It looked so fresh and healthy.  It is made with Baked Wild Caught Salmon over Mixed Greens, Croutons, Cherry Tomatoes, Feta Cheese, & Served with an Avocado Vinaigrette.

Also worth mentioning is their amazing side salads and soups! I rarely eat pasta but I will absolutely make an exception for it when it comes to Stefano’s Orzo salad. OMG this is the best side dish ever! It has spinach, sun dried tomatoes, olives, artichokes and olive oil.

My favorite soup was their creamy tomato bisque. i could have eaten another two bowls of it.

Pictured above is their famous bur-gini. It has a Signature Beef Patty Blend of Chuck, Short Rib, & Brisket, Served with Roasted Garlic & Jalapeno Cream Cheese, Bacon, Avocado, Tomatoes, Cheddar Cheese, & Onions.

Another popular panini is the Porchetta PB &J made with Italian Sliced Porchetta (Roasted Pork Loin with Orange Peel, Garlic and Herbs), Peanut Butter and Strawberry Jam.

Board Games

One of the extra special touches that sets Stefano’s apart is they have board games in the restaurant that you can pay as a family! Sometimes they even have a board game night where you can bring in your own board games or play their outdoor giant jenga and corn hole.
