With EGG-CELENT Easter brunch specials such as Cheese and Leek Omelette, Brick French Toast, and Davis’ World Famous Chilaquiles offered at both locations (Yorba Linda and Rancho Santa Margarita), The Blind Pig Kitchen + Bar is the place to dine out with the family this Easter, Sunday, April 17 from 10am -4pm.

In addition to The Blind Pig’s holiday offers, you can also find their usual lineup of chef driven New American cuisine, award-winning cocktails, and best of all: $15 Bottomless Mimosas which are available every Saturday & Sunday including this Easter Sunday.

Weekend Brunch

The chef-driven eatery hosts a fabulous brunch spread every Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 3pm complete with $15 bottomless mimosas! Brunch at The Blind Pig is anything but basic with unique, globally-inspired twists on New American dishes such as:

  • The Machaca Breakfast Scramble – shredded beef, eggs, sofrito, salsa negra, citrus-avocado, aioli, cotija, cilantro, served on a cast iron skillet with flour tortillas

  • Spam Loco Moco – fried spam, mushroom gravy and, calrose rice, topped with a perfectly fried egg

  • Boysenberry Compote Pancakes – pancakes topped with boysenberry compote, whipped cream cheese and, lemon zest

If mimosas aren’t your thing, The Blind Pig’s seasonally-rotating cocktail menu currently boasts an impressive array of craft cocktails including:

  • Pig Eyed – A tropical take on an apple-tini made with vodka, quince liqueur, bananae, and guava cordial

  • Jober as a Sudge – A Peruvian national libation elevated by South American flavors, featuring chamomile pisco, aji amarillo simple, and chili
