The New Years Sparkle Cocktail

New Year Eve is right around the corner what better way to ring in the new year than with a delicious cocktail! Belvedere vodka,  a brand of Polish rye vodka can be mixed with lemon juice and other flavors to create the New Years Eve sparkle! 

THE NEW YEARS SPARKLE

1 oz Belvedere Puree_
.75 oz Hibiscus Puree_
.5 oz Lemon Juice_
.5 oz Simpe Syrup_
3 oz Chandon Rose_
GARNISH: candied Hibiscus Flower_
DIRECTIONS: Combine all ingredients, except Chandon Rose, in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a flute. Top with Chandon Rose and garnish.
