Watertable  Restaurant

Last November we shared with you a sneak peek of the new Restaurant that will be coming to The Hyatt Huntington beach.  You can read about it here. At the time it did not have a name but now it is officially called “Watertable”.

Opening this April, Watertable will shake up Huntington Beach’s laid back “Surf City” dining scene with a sophisticated and contemporary experience. The restaurant will introduce unique concepts inspired by essential pairings  (food/drink, rustic/refined, old/new) and naturally  a water program that offers H20 that can be infused with ever-changing herbs, spices and syrups.

The restaurant is designed to capture  the beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean and is meant to reflect the resort’s Andalusian architecture in a thoroughly modern way.

A few highlights to the menu include:

  • Bar Jars: Forgo the wait, sidle up to the bar and immediately pair your beverage with a bar jar filled with pates or pickled items
  • Inspired Beverages: Globally relevant wines, regionally inspired spirits, Beer-tails and signature water drinks (infused with fruits, syrups, herbs & spices)
  • Sunday Supper: Meat+Three – California style
  • Grab & Go Gourmet: Breakfast grab and go baked specialties, including Avocana Bread Jars (made with avocado and banana, baked and served in a glass jar), house made granola and fresh pressed juices

Executive Chef Manfred Lassahn and Director of Food and Beverage Jon Benson have a very specific vision for Watertable.. To capitalize on the region’s local produce through a menu of comfort food
with attitude.
