Blue C Sushi Now in Newport Beach
Sushi is my favorite thing to eat when dining out. If i could eat it every day I would. Finding quality Sushi in OC is not hard but there is not a lot of places to choose from. Thankfully there is a new sushi restaurant in Newport Beach Called Blue C Sushi.
Blue C Sushi is a popular interactive sushi chain with delicious food, genuine hospitality and a vibrant, interactive experience – with the community.
Blue C Sushi Menu
Under the culinary direction of Senior Vice President and Chief Culinary Officer Jeffrey Lunak, the Newport Beach location will offer a full menu of classic rolls and raw sushi alongside creative Blue C Sushi favorites including:
- the Loaded Baked Potato
- Smoked Yellowtail Tacos
- Tuna Tostadas and more
Unique to the Newport location, the opening menu will feature an impressive $1000 Sushi Tower containing caviar, lobster, live scallops and more. Signature Blue C Sushi cocktails, various sakes and imaginative desserts will also be available.
Blue C Sushi offers an innovative dining experience that celebrates the design, trends and pop culture found in modern day Tokyo. Blue C Sushi is the place where Japanese tradition and technique intersect with American inventiveness and genuine hospitality. Central to the restaurant design is a conveyor belt that carries an endless parade of alluring dishes on vibrantly colored plates that indicate the price of each item. Using proprietary RFID tracking technology, Blue C Sushi Chefs are able to monitor each dish as it moves through the restaurant to guarantee optimal freshness.

Blue C Sushi Fashion Island is located at 1095 Newport Center Drive, Newport Beach, CA 92660 and will be open daily from 11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
