Mardi Gras At The Melting Pot
Put your mask on, wear some beads and crank up the music because Mardi Gras is coming to The Melting Pot. Both locations, Irvine and Brea are celebrating with flair starting Sunday, March 2nd through Thursday, March 6th. They will be featuring a Cajun-inspired 3 course fondue menu for $30 per person. What a Bargain!!! Drink specials include $6 Mardi Gras cocktails and these fine beverages:

New Orleans Cheddar Cheese Fondue
Andouille sausage, fresh garlic and blackened seasoning mixed with lager beer and our cheddar cheese blend, topped with chopped scallions and
served with fresh bread and assorted seasonal vegetables.
French Quarter
Premium filet mignon, all-natural breast of chicken, and Pacific White Shrimp seasoned with Cajun spices and accompanied by flavorful Andouille sausage.
Served with a variety of vegetables and sauces for dipping.

Bourbon Pecan Dark Chocolate Fondue
Dark Chocolate swirled with caramel and flambéed with bourbon. Topped with candy-coated pecans and served with fresh seasonal fruits
and cakes for dipping!
