I am always on the hunt for a good juicy hamburger. One that has texture, the perfect grill marks, and sits pretty on a soft bun. I like burgers that are thick and can hold a lot of toppings. I found a burger with all of these traits at Mooyah burger in Irvine. They offer customizable burgers, hand-cut fries, ten flavors of shakes from real ice cream, and lots of gluten-free choices.
Mooyah Burgers & Fries
Mooyah has over 20 options of burger combinations to choose from or you can build your own. Ingredients are of the highest quality as they use fresh, never-frozen 100% Certified Angus Beef® Brand beef. This beef meets 10 science-based specifications that are more selective than USDA Prime, Choice and Select. Also, their buns are non-GMO Potato Buns or you can get your burger lettuce wrapped for a gluten-free version.
Now lets talk about their fries. These fries are some of the best in town. Apparently they create them using a 24-hour 6-step process. They wash, cut, rinse, agitate and double-fry them. Try their chili cheese fries if you really want an epic french fry experience. They have queso in them!
