List of Mother’s Day Brunches and Dinners in Orange County
Mother’s Day is right around the corner and I have compiled a round-up of some great places to dine! Please check back daily as new places are always being added.
Ways and Means Oyster Bar |Orange, CA
Sunday’s brunch will be a three-course prix fixe served from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. for $25 per person. Brunchgoers can enjoy items such as Smoked Deviled Eggs with salmon mousse, Eggs Benedict with braised duck leg and poached egg, and a Fruit and Cheese Plate with compressed berries and wild arugula flowers.
For Mother’s Day supper, Ways & Means will offer a three-course prix fixe served from 5 – 9:30 p.m. for $45 per person. The menu features delectable dishes including Oyster Bruschetta with fresh oyster and tomato confit, Summer Roast Chicken with chilled red pepper and basil couscous salad, and White Chocolate Berry Cobbler with streusel and housemade vanilla ice cream.

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar | Newport Beach
Guests of Fleming’s are invited to enjoy classic brunch favorites done the Fleming’s way for $39.95 per guest. In addition, each mom will receive a $25 dining card valid for a future visit. Fleming’s also offers a special three-course brunch menu for children under 12 available for $18.95.
Fig & Olive | Newport Beach
Celebrate Mother’s Day in style at Fig & Olive. Chef Lorange has prepared a three-course prix-fixe brunch ($40*) and dinner ($52*) menu, comprised of signature dishes highlighting flavors inspired by the South of France including:
- French Omelet with fine herbs, scallion, chive, asparagus, and goat cheese, served with Mediterranean fries and mixed greens
- Truffle Mushroom Croquette with cremini mushroom, parmesan béchamel, and truffle olive oil
- Zucchini Blossom and Goat Cheese Ravioli with zucchini emulsion, tomato confit, crispy zucchini blossoms with parmesan and shaved ricotta salata
- Petite Filet Mignon Creekstone Farm filet mignon marinated with rosemary thyme, garlic, haricot vert, caramelized shallots, and olive oil chive mashed potatoes with Arbequina Olive Oil Béarnaise
Z’tejas Southwestern Grill | Costa Mesa
Z’Tejas Southwestern Grill at South Coast Plaza is putting on a special Mother’s Day brunch served Sunday, May 11 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. All moms enjoying brunch will be treated to the special Mother’s Day Chef’s Dessert along with a complimentary family photo to commemorate the occasion. The menu features a wide variety of brunch items by Executive Chef Daniel Stevens as well as Z’Tejas’s Weekend Fun Bar, where guests can build their own Bloody Marys, Bloody Marias, Mimosas and Screwdrivers.
Brunch items includes Breakfast Quesadilla, Breakfast Enchiladas, Spinach & Wild Mushroom Omelet, Pork Verde & Eggs and Migas (all priced under $15). These entrées are all served with assorted fruit and a freshly baked muffin. Beverages from the Weekend Fun Bar are priced at $4 each and feature premium spirits.
The Melting Pot |Irvine and Brea
Guests will begin their savory and sweet Mother’s Day experience with a creamy and delicious cheese fondue, zesty salad, fresh and seasoned entrée and rounded out with a decadent chocolate fondue dessert. To sweeten her experience at The Melting Pot, mom will also receive a complimentary box of signature chocolate dipped strawberries! Mother’s Day menu prices range from $43.95 to $48.95 per person. Mother’s Day brunch will be served on Sunday, May 11 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with prices starting at $58.* Children may enjoy a smaller portion three-course meal for half price. For guests interested in an evening celebration, Sapphire’s dinner service begins at 5:30 p.m.
