Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop

Last week I finally had a chance to check out the new Sandwich shop in the Irvine Marketplace called Capriotti’s. I love a hearty sandwich and Capriott’s certainly doesn’t dissapoint.

Capriotti’s Interior

The interior of Capriotti’s is very appealing. They have a solid brick wall on one side of the restaurant with the name boldly painted in black. The also had recessed lighting  and wood floors. Everything was really clean and there were no smudges  on the glass partitions.

The Food

We ordered 3 sandwiches while we were there. The first sandwich was a grilled cheese made for a 3 year old. They used white american cheese and my friends daughter enjoyed it very much. I ordered a meatball sub with provone cheese and it was very good. The meatballs tasted fresh and filled out the bun. The sauce was flavorful and it wasn’t too messy. My friend ordered the cheese steak sandwich that came with grilled onions and melted provolone cheese.

Capriotti’s has super friendly customer service and a staff who won’t hesitate to help you out. Their prep line for the food was extremely clean and all of the food looked well chilled and nice organized.

I had a great experience and I look forward to going back. For more information visit www.capriotti’s.com
