Appetizer choices include lobster bisque, modern Caesar salad or fresh seasonal fruits. Next select an entrée: prime rib with a trio of sauces, blue crab omelet, signature eggs Benedict (pictured above), porcini-crusted filet mignon or baked brioche French toast (image attached). Sides include herb-roasted carrots and smashed O’Brien potatoes. Finish with a choice of dessert such as white chocolate bread pudding, cheesecake or walnut turtle pie.
