Foodies, get ready because Executive Chef Jason Montelibano is going to be preparing a Christmas meal you won’t want to miss. Chef Jason is based at the Irvine’s newest Gastro Pub “Eats Kitchen and Bar” and on Christmas Eve, December 24 and Christmas Day, December 25 he will be serving up a remixed family-style menu.
The menu will feature a playful combination of favorites you’d see on his table at home. Delectable entrees like:
- demi-glaze rib roast
- shepherd’s pie
- whole snapper with purple potato puree
- roasted chicken
- mac and cheese,
- heirloom carrots
- Brussels sprouts
- Mini gingerbread cakes with nutmeg-infused butter cream
- dark chocolate truffles with white chocolate peppermint
