From Monday, January 19 through Sunday, February 1, 2015 The Resort at Pelican Hill is participating in Dine Newport Beach Restaurant Week with special lunch and dinner menus crafted by Chef Micah Severeid at Coliseum Pool & Grill and Chef Luke Turpin at Pelican Grill.
Both restaurants, located at Newport Beach’s only Forbes Five-Star Resort, offer indoor and outdoor seating, heated terraces and breathtaking views. Coliseum Pool & Grill features American favorites highlighting locally grown seasonal ingredients from the Irvine Ranch®, while Pelican Grill celebrates classic California dining with Napa-inspired cuisine.
Seasonal Restaurant Week items from the $25 prix fixe lunch menu and $40 prixe fixe dinner menu at Coliseum Pool & Grill include:
- Roasted Beet Salad
- Coliseum Crab Cake
- Hot Cubano Panini
- Thai Fettuccine Pasta.
Special menu offerings from Pelican Grill’s $25 prix fixe lunch menu and $50 prix fixe dinner menu include:
- Warm Baby Kale and Brussels Salad
- Roasted Cornish Game Hen
- Bolognese Tagliatelle
- Blueberry Cobbler.
