Spring Menu At Stonefire Grill – Media Tasting
Last week Erin and I attended a media tasting of the new menu items on Stonefire Grill’s Spring Menu. I had never been to this restaurant before so I had no clue what to expect when I arrived. At first glance it looked like a lovely sit down restaurant but when I walked inside I saw that it was a fast-casual restaurant. Even better!! I

We had a nice table out on the patio but I had a look inside and was quite impressed. There is a lot of beautiful warm woods and stone on the walls giving it a very comfortable vibe.
Stonefire Grill Spring Menu Items
Back at the tasting, we sampled a pre-set menu that featured all of their new spring menu items. I loved how light and fresh everything was. Turkey is a favorite of mine and it is rare to find so many turkey items on a menu outside of Thanksgiving.
Cauliflower was also a popular theme this evening.. I see cauliflower dishes all the time on pinterest so it was exciting to finally try one out. The cauliflower Pita came with roasted cauliflower, lemon Tahini, chopped tomato, green onion, spicy cilantro-serrano sauce and Jerusalem pita. This healthy little sandwich packs quite a punch!
The keen green salad was my favorite out of all of them. It was tasty and unique. It featured quinoa, chopped spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, avocado, parmesan cheese and fresh pesto.
The Garlic shrimp, also a new menu item, was really flavorful.The shrimp is sautéed with garlic, olive oil, parsley, lemon juice and It is served on a big pillow of Quinoa.
Stonefire Grill Dessert
For dessert we sampled the brownies, the cheesecake and the carrot cake. While I thought the brownies were a little on the dry side I absolutely loved the carrot cake and the cheesecake. You can ask for fresh berries to accompany the cheese cake as well.
